"After over a dozen years of working behind a desk on a computer for 8 to 12 hours per day, the toll on my body caught up to me. Although I am typically the type that acknowledges challenges and just keeps going, I finally had to admit that the pain in my back, shoulders and arms had become constant and so severe that I had to say "Uncle". Dr. Schick is very concerned about my health and mobility and willing to discuss any type of treatment. He does not give the same treatment to you every time you visit, but listens to what is bothering you and responds accordingly.
I had a knee that was partly out of the joint socket, due to a fall in the bathroom. I called when it happened and saw him immediately. He was able to use a massager to coax my joint back into place in a gentle manner. He also uses the red light technique to encourage speedier healing.
He also specializes in shoulder injuries and sports medicine. My husband will be seeing him soon for tennis shoulder."
